Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) The Hon'ble Tribunal graciously be pleased to direct the Respondents in general and Respondent No.2 (Chief Residence Commissioner, Odisha Bhawan Establishment), New Delhi in particular to consider his case for granting RACP having completing more than 30 years of service w.e.f. 1.1.2013 as per Finance Department Circular as his counterparts in the same post/grade of Sweeper under the Odisha State Guest House, Bhubaneswar were given with all service and financial benefits w.e.f. 01.01.2013 as per Finance Department Resolution No.3560/F. Dt.06.02.2013".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant

// 2 // documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
