Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this application seeking direction to the opposite parties to release the Grant-in-Aid in his favour by disposing of his representation.

Since the petitioner has approached this Court claiming the benefits under Section 24-B of the Orissa Education Act and Rules framed thereunder, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if he is so advised.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J.)
