This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 180 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPC) No. 180 of 2016.

The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 22nd September, 2009 passed by the Medical Officer In-charge, CHC, Binjharpur relieving the Petitioner from the duty as Driver and sought for implementation of Tribunals order vide Annexure-5. However, the learned Tribunal vide order dated 22nd December, 2016 observed that the Original Application has been made beyond the period of limitation. Even though specifically the counsel for the Petitioner sought for adjournment to take steps to explain the delay, as yet no step has been taken.

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, none appears for the Petitioner.
