1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for a modification of the order dated 03.11.2022 on the ground that though initially charge under Section 307, I.P.C. was not there when the present Petitioners got the bail order dated 03.11.2022 from this Court, but the police has subsequently added the offence under Section 307, I.P.C. and therefore the Petitioners could not be released on bail.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners to the effect that offence U/s. 307, I.P.C. has been added to the charge subsequently, this Court is not inclined to allow the modification as sought for. Accordingly, the prayer for modification is rejected and the I.A. stands dismissed.
