02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. The Original Application was filed long time ago in 2014. It appears, the Tribunal has also issued notice to the O.Ps. There is no counter filed as of now. Considering the nature of grievance involved herein and as there is no counter filed as of now, this Court feels it appropriate to provide an opportunity to the Competent Authority thereby directing O.P.1 to treat this Writ Petition as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner and take decision as appropriate within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order but however involving the Petitioner.
