3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has possessed the qualification of M.A.(Five years Integrated) in Economics for the academic year 2008-13 in First Division with Distinction on securing CGPA of 8.87 equivalents to 85.88% of marks from University of Hyderabad, but during provisional selection published in the website of the Directorate of Higher Education, no mark has been awarded for the qualification of three years Honours Course in graduation level and for post graduation for which he has filed Original Application and subsequently it has been transferred to this Court.

4. Since the matter is of the year 2014, the cause of action raised in this writ petition, must have lost its relevance. Accordingly, the WPC(OAC) has become infructuous.
5. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
6. In view of the above, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.
