None had appeared when the matter was last taken up on 14.07.2022 and the following order was passed after hearing the learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the OPSC:- "2. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.
The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 22.12.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.
3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that the matter was taken up on 4.4.2015 when the learned Tribunal passed the order as follows:
"Vide order passed in O.A. No.3949(C)/15."
4. Since the records in O.A. No.3949(C)/15 are not available, this Court is not in a position to know what exact order is passed.
5. The O.A. was filed in the year 2015 by the applicant who was then working as AVAS i.e.
Assistant Veterinary Surgeon seeking regularization of his contractual appointment.
6. Further grievance raised in the O.A. was against
// 2 // O.P. No.3-OPSC advertising the posts to be filled up under Odisha Veterinary Service Class II "Group B".
7. Learned Standing Counsel for OPs.1 & 2 as well as learned counsel for OPSC submit that considering the nature of grievance raised in the writ petition, nothing would survive at present i.e. a challenge to the advertisement for recruitment made in the year 2014.
8. Having heard learned counsel for O.P. No.3 as well as learned Standing Counsel, to grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list on 29.7.2022." 3.
A memo is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner for not pressing the writ petition. Memo is kept on record. 4.
