01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"(a) To direct the respondents to regularize the services of the applicant retrospectively w.e.f. 1995 as has been extended to similarly situated employees / counter parts (applicants of T.A. No.56(C)/93).
(b) To count the service of the applicant from the year 1995 so that the applicant will be eligible for pension after his retirement.
(c) To pay the arrear dues / service benefits to the applicant from 1995 till 2008.
(d) To pass any order / orders as would be deemed fit and proper".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 07.06.2013 at Annexure-9-Series to the Writ Petition
// 2 // before the O.P. No.1, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account communication made by the Govt. in the Panchayatiraj and D.W. Department on 12.04.2022 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
