Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this Writ Application, issue a writ of mandamus in nature directing the opp.party No.2 to remove/evict from the unauthorised encroachment of the opp.party no.3 over Govt. Khata No.174 Plot No.752, Khata No.176 Plot No.740 & Plot No.563/1003 and Khata No.173 Plot No.868 of Mouza-Jasapur within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court for interest of justice." 3.

This Court finds, the Petitioners have already made similar request by way of representation pending before the Tahasildar, Erasama, O.P.2. Considering the innocuous request, this matter stands disposed of observing, in the event the Tahasildar is in receipt of the complain, vide Annexure-2, the same shall be looked into by the Tahasildar and decision, as appropriate, shall be taken however involving the persons particularly O.P.3 likely to be affected in such
