01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. None appears for the Petitioner when the matter was called.
3. This writ Petition has been filed challenging the second show cause issued by the Commandant, OSAP, 5th Battalion, Baripada i.e. O.P. No. 3 in a proceeding initiated against the Petitioner.
4. Since the instant writ Petition has been filed against the showcause notice, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to submit his explanation within a period of four (4) weeks from today. If such an application is received within the aforesaid time period, O.P. No. 3 shall proceed further in the matter. If no such application if filed within the time period, O.P. No. 3 is at liberty to take his own decision, in which this Court has expressed no opinion.
