1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner challenges the recruitment and selection to the post of Junior Clerk in Balasore District Collectorate, Balasore. He alleges that the authority has violated the mandatory provisions of Rules in so far as candidates securing lesser marks in the written test have been called to appear in the computer practical test ignoring the present petitioner, who has secured higher marks.
3. Since the advertisement was of the year, 2013 and the recruitment process has already been over. In such view of the matter, the WPC(OAC) is rendered infructuous and accordingly disposed of. (S.K. Panigrahi) Judge pcd
