Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K.Patra, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.3.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) The Respondents may be directed to take necessary steps and issue necessary instructions to the appropriate authority thereby allowing the applicant to avail the benefit under 2nd and 3rd RACP w.e.f. 19.09.2007 and other financial benefits". 4.
He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 03.08.2015 at Annexure-11-Series to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party
// 2 // no.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioners.
