This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 171 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No. 171 of 2016.

The Petitioner has come up in the writ petition citing inaction of the Opposite Parties in sanctioning the benefit of 2nd financial upgradation under the Revised Assured Career Progression Scheme (RACP Scheme) in favour of the Applicant/Petitioner.

At the time of hearing, Mr. Siba Prasad Pati, counsel for the Petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the Petitioner has got the relief as prayed for. So nothing more survives for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of.
