2. Heard Mr. G.R. Sethi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Praharaj, learned counsel for the State.
3. The present writ Petition has been filed challenging the initiation of the Departmental Proceeding filed against the Petitioner vide Departmental Proceeding No.15 of 2010 dtd. 26.09.2013.
4. Learned Tribunal has issued notice on the matter on 09.01.2014 and on the same date, passed an interim order that the Disciplinary Proceeding against the Petitioner may proceed but no final order shall be passed without the leave of the Tribunal.

5. The counter has been filed by the Opp. Party, wherein it has been indicated that the Departmental Proceeding initiated against the Petitioner was disposed of on 12.02.2014 vide Annexure-C/5.
6. In view such order passed by the Disciplinary Authority, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ Petition.
