ORDER(Oral) 14.7.2022 01 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 22.12.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that the matter was listed on 24.11.2015 when it could not reach. Thereafter it was listed on 10.12.2015 and 27.1.2016 and none appeared for the applicant.

4. It is further revealed that the matter was not admitted nor notices were issued.

5. It is submitted by learned ASC that he has no instruction since the matter was not taken up/notices were not issued.

6. The O.A. was filed in the year 2015 by the applicant as stated to be then working as Staff Nurse, Kamakhya Nagar Sub-Divisional Hospital seeking a direction to regularize her services as she had completed six years of contractual service.

7. As the matter has never been pursued for the last seven years and no one appears for the petitioner when the matter is

called, it is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition within ninety days for any surviving cause of action.
