3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner makes quash the impugned order No. 362 dated 16.09.2014 of Opposite Party No. 4, (Divisional Forest Officer, Angul) direct opposite parties to grant all the consequential benefits to the applicant within a stipulated period.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner raised in this Writ Petition has already been redressed.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed.
