1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners in anticipation of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 498-A/109/34 of the IPC and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender and move for bail in connection with G.R. Case No.405 of 2022 arising out of Gunupur P.S. Case No.194 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Gunupur within a period of three weeks' hence, they shall be admitted to bail as would be deemed

// 2 // just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that the petitioners shall appear in person before the learned Court below on each date of posting of the case and shall appear before the I.O./ I.I.C. of the concerned P.S, once in a week on such date and time to be fixed by the I.O./ I.I.C. for a period of six months or till the submission of Final Form as the case may be.
