01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "In view of the facts and submissions narrated in para6 above, it is ardently prayed that your Lordship may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 1 & 2 to consider the case of applicant for promotion to the post of ORS Group-B for the recruitment year 2011 by convening a review selection committee taking into consideration of 3% reservation for PH candidates and in the event the applicant will be found suitable to grant him all consequential service benefits by refixing his position in the gradation list in the post of ORS (GroupB) against the recruitment year 2011 along with all service and financial benefits within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Tribunal.

Th Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to pass any order(s)/direction(s) as deems fit and proper for the interest of justice.

And for which act of your kindness the applicant shall as on duty bound ever pray."

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed an application at Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.2, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted Petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
