1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has challenged the order dated 19.10.2015 passed by Respondent No. 3 vide Annexure-2 which is arbitrary, illegal & malafide as it violates the Government guidelines and policies of transfer. The transfer order was pertaining to the year 2015. Hence, the present Writ Petition has lost its significance.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
