01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs:

"(i) This Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to direct the Respondents to take necessary steps to regularize (contractual then regular) the services of the applicant as has been done in the case of similarly situated Data Entry Operators working in the Higher Education Dept. and Directorate of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Odisha and to make the appointment as permanent against the sanctioned post in the existing regular vacancies as already approved along with all service benefits and to publish the gradation list in view of the existing policy decision of the Govt. of Odisha as reflected in the State Govt. resolution dated 17.09.2013 and dated 12.11.2013 and already adopted by various departments and to extend the same benefits to the applicants in making regularization of services along with all service benefits. (ii) Any other reliefs as your lordships may deem fit and proper.

4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of her claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

5. It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
