The writ petition has been filed to provide power supply to premises of the Petitioner under the Soubhagya Yojana. 4.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that Soubhagya Yojana is not in force at present. Hence, the writ petition is not maintainable.

In view of the fact, Soubhagya Yojana is not in force at present, the prayer made in this writ petition cannot be granted. 6.
