Considering the relief claimed by the Petitioner involving notional promotion without involvement of any financial benefit and also without affecting any other person in particular cadre, this Court finds, the Petitioner's case should be considered in the light of the direction of this Court in W.P.(C) No.15279 of 2022 disposed of on 5.07.2022 and also the other judgment referred to therein. In the process, this Court directs, action, as appropriate, be undertaken at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the judgment referred to hereinabove.

The WPC(OAC) is, accordingly, disposed of.
