Mr. Maharana, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Union and submits, impugned is order dated 14th October, 2022, rejecting his client's application with prayer to, inter alia, allow the workman to adduce further evidence. He draws attention to page 3 in impugned order.

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, there should not be interference.

Perused impugned order. We find from the application that relief sought, of adducing further evidence, was indeed made in a manner vague. There is nothing wrong with impugned order. It does not warrant interference. We are not inclined to direct issuance of notice on the management.

However, we grant liberty to petitioner to apply afresh with proper particulars and request the tribunal to consider such application, if made within three weeks from date. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.
