This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer :
"It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously pleased to admit the Writ petition, and after hearing the parties and issue a Writ/writs in the nature of mandamus or any other Writ/writs directing the opp.parties to be sanctioned grade pay of Rs.5400/- in 3rd RACP by modifying order No.20 dated 16.3.2018 vide Annexure-6 and to pay the differential amount of money which is due to the petitioner which has not been paid within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court taking into consideration all Annexures of the Writ petition; And pass any other order/orders as would be deemed fit and proper;"

It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that although the petitioner has filed representation dated 10.03.2022
// 2 // under Annexure-10 before the Director of Panchayatraj & D.W. Department, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.3, the same is still pending before the said Opposite party and the said Opposite Party has not taken any decision as of now.

Considering the submissions made, the limited nature of grievance involved in the present writ petition, keeping in view the case of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Director of Panchayatraj & D.W. Department, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2022 under Annexure-10 taking into consideration Annexures-2 and 9 in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered and disposed of by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision so taken on the said representation shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
