This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 164 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPC) No. 164 of 2016.

The Petitioner has come up before this Court for modification of order dated 13th June, 2014, whereby the Chief District Medical Officer, Malakangiri has issued order of transfer in respect of Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) (Regular/Contractual).

Mr. L. Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate submitted that by efflux of time, this matter relating to transfer of health workers has become infructuous. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
