This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.
(virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with Cuttack Sadar P.S. Case No.555 of 2020 Corresponding to G.R. Case No.2362 of 2020 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C. (R), Cuttack, she shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further conditions that she will cooperate with the
// 2 // investigation; shall not threaten or terrorize the prosecution witnesses in any manner and tamper the evidence. The Petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 11th May, 2022 in between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation.
Violation of any of the above condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
