This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"Under the facts and circumstances of the above case it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue notice to the opposite party to show cause as to why they shall not be proceeded under the provisions of the Contempt of Court's Act, AND upon showing insufficient cause or if they fail to show cause, then the Hon'ble Court graciously may be pleased to punish them under the Contempt of Counts Act, 1971.
AND pass any order/orders as deemed fit and proper." 4.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that orders have been passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.10143 of 2021 vide
// 2 // order dated 22.03.2021 and in CONTC No.4596 of 2021 disposed on 12.08.2021. He further submits that the direction of this Court has not been complied with by the Opposite Parties in W.P.(C) No.10143 of 2021 vide order dated 22.03.2021 and in CONTC No.4596 of 2021 disposed on 12.08.2021.

Considering the submissions made and the urgency of the petitioner, this Court grants another opportunity to the Opposite Party-Contemnor to comply with the direction issued by this Court by order dated 22.03.2021 in W.P.(C) No.10143 of 2021 and order dated 12.08.2021 in CONTC No.4596 of 2021 and comply following the directions issued in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. In the event Opposite Party-Contemnor fails to comply with the direction of this Court within the aforesaid stipulated time, the contemnors shall be liable to be proceeded against the order of the contempt's of Court Act by holding that they have deliberately violated this Court's order.

It is for the petitioner to make an application along with certified copy of this order before the Opposite Parties-Contemnors within a period of one week from today and the same shall be considered by the Opposite Parties-Contemnors in accordance with law within the stipulated time period.

Accordingly, the CONTC is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
