1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
2. By means of this application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest for alleged involvement in the offence under Sections 420/294/506 IPC.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in respect to the F.I.R. bearing No.143 of 2022 he has already been released on bail. However, apprehending addition of further offence in the exiting crime, the Petitioner seeks an anticipatory bail. No such allegation so far has been brought in the F.I.R. besides the one where the Petitioner has been released on bail as submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner.
4. Therefore, in absence of any material to bring an element of apprehension, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
5. The ABLAPL is disposed of.
