This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Original Application No.1241 (C) of 2014 was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as W.P.C. (OAC) No.1241 of 2014.

Mr. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel files a memo along with corrigendum of Letter/Order No.850/Med. Estt.2014, Nuapada dated 12th March, 2014 in Court today, which is taken on record.

The Petitioner challenging the office order dated 12th March, 2014 of the Chief District Medical Officer, NuapadaOpposite Party No.2 submitted that her name was replaced vice Sabitri Meher in the post of MPHW (F) at PHC (N) Liad under CHC, Sinapali. Even though the matter was brought to the notice of the concerned authority, he turned deaf ears. The Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: "(a) The impugned order at Annexure-6 above replacing her in place of Sabitri Meher in the post of
// 2 // MPHW (F) at PHC (N) Liad under CHC Sinapali after being joined as MPHW(F) at Kotamal SubCentree under CHC Khariar be set aside. (b) Directing the Respondents permit the Applicant to continue as MPHW(F) at Kotamal SubCentre under CHC Khariar." 5.
None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 6.
Mr. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties brought to the notice of the Court, the Corrigendum Order No.850/Med.Estt.2014, Nuapada, dated 12th March, 2014 issued from the Chief District Medical Officer, Nuapada, which is to the following effect:
"The name & address of the candidates mentioned in the column No.2 & Sl. No.1 vide this office Order No.708 dt.1.3.2014 may be read as Bhanjani Meher, AT/PO-Gandabhali Via-Duajhar Dist.
Nuapada instead of Sabitri Meher, At/Po-Gandabhali ViaDuajhar Dist.Nuapada for all purposes. The other portion of the order will remain unchanged."

Accordingly, he submitted that there remains no grievance as alleged by the Petitioner.

By efflux of time, the matter has become infructuous. 9.
Accordingly, this WPC (OAC) is dismissed as infructuous.
