Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) This Hon'ble Tribunal may kindly be pleased to issue notice as to why this case shall not be allowed and the respondents shall not be directed for disbursement of pension to the applicant including his past service period in Govt. C.T. Training towards calculation of pension as per Rule 24 of the Orissa Pension Rule 1992".

Considering the prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to move Opposite Party No.2 by making appropriate application for extension of the benefit. 5.
It is directed that if such application is filed within a period of two weeks hence the Opposite Party No.2 shall take a lawful decision on the same by giving a personal hearing to the petitioner within a further period of three
// 2 // months. The order so passed by Opposite Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
