At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 17th September, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13309 of 2019 in respect of deciding the claim of the petitioner for release of the contractual dues stands decided, for which the petitioner has availed a separate remedy rendering the present Contempt Petition as infructuous.

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
