2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 07.03.2020 passed by the learned Addl. District Judge, Salepur in Review Petition No.01 of 2016 in which the judgment dated 17.07.2015 passed by the learned 3rd Addl. District Judge, Cuttack in FAO No.74 of 2013/04 of 2014 was set aside and the matter is posted for hearing on merit. 4.

Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of the writ jurisdiction but disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the learned 3rd Addl. District Judge, Cuttack

// 2 // to dispose of FAO No.74 of 2013/04 of 2014 within four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of the order by the Petitioner. Needless to say that a copy of the order shall be produced before the said court within three weeks by the Petitioner.
