This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.159 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Odisha Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.159 of 2016.

Petition reveals that the Petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to quash the order of deputation and order relieving, the Petitioner-applicant from Berhampur. It is also prayed for regularization during the intervening period. 4.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the Petitioner is dead and she does not have up-to-date instruction in the matter. 5.

In view of the above submission made at the bar,the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous reserving liberty to the learned counsel for the Petitioner to revive this petition within a period of ninety days from today, if cause of action still subsists. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
