The petitioner has filed this application seeking to quash the order dated 22.12.2020 under Annexure-13, and to issue direction to the opposite parties to approve his appointment and release the grant-in-aid under the Orissa (Non-government Colleges, Junior Colleges and Higher Secondary Schools), Grantin-Aid Orders, 2009 and to release all consequential service and financial benefits within a stipulated time.

Since the petitioner has approached this Court claiming the benefits under Section 24-B of the Orissa Education Act and Rules framed thereunder, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if he is so advised.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
