Heard the further submission of learned counsel for Petitioners. 2.

There is a fair pleading that Officer heard the matter is no more available in the Office.

In the above scenario this Court finds, there is requirement of fresh hearing and disposal of Appeal Case No.155 of 2020. In the process this Court in modification of the order dated 17.11.2022 directs the present incumbent to fix the date of hearing of the appeal proceeding within a period of one month from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order and make an attempt to conclude the proceeding at least within a period of two months thereafter.
