This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 14.11.2022.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in 3rd line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 14.11.2022, it is has been inadvertently indicated the Government employee, who died on "12.01.2019" instead of "12.10.2019". Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that in 3rd line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 14.11.2022, it be mentioned as "12.10.2019" in place of "12.01.2019", rest part of the order shall remain intact.
