The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the letter dated 19.10.2022 under Annexure-4 issued by opposite party no.4, whereby the petitioner was directed to handover the detail charges of School & Hostel of Mahabila Govt. U.P. School, Suliapada to Sri Badha Hembram, HM (I/C) within three days from the date of receipt of the letter. 4.

Since three days period has already been expired, this Court is not inclined to entertain such prayer made by the petitioner in view of the fact that it is within the domain of the authority to decide who will remain in charge of the school & hostel. Hence, this court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he may be permitted to move the higher authority making his grievance, to which, this Court is also not expressing any opinion. 6.
