When the matter was last taken up on 15.07.2022, the following order was passed:- "1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 23.12.2021, after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued by the learned Tribunal on 29.01.2016 and the matter was never taken up/pursued after 09.08.2018. Counter on behalf of opposite parties dated 09.09.2016 is available on record.

4. The Original Application was filed in the year by the petitioner challenging her disengagement from service as contractual teacher pursuant to the order dated 14.10.2015 (Annexure-5).

5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter being old one, he may be accommodated, so as to enable him to obtain up-to-date instruction.

6. As prayed for, list on 29.08.2022."
