At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous as an order dated 1st December, 2022 stands passed by the Superintedent Engineer, Rural Works Division, Titilagarh (copy placed on record) in compliance of order dated 15th November, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P (C) No.21329 of 2019. 2.

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
