2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"Under the circumstances it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to direct the Respondents to grant RACPs i.e. 1st,2nd and 3rd Financial Upgradation benefits in favour of the applicant keeping in view the F.D. Resolution dated 6.2.2013.
And further be pleased to direct the Respondents to give all consequential service and benefits to the applicant."

Considering the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 within a period of three weeks days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be
// 2 // considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner also.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
