1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking the following relief:- "(a) the impugned advertisement dated 2531.1.2014 may be quashed and necessary direction be made to the respondents to appoint the applicant against the post of Gardner/Horticulture Extension Worker by giving him preference or his training qualification and also buy relaxing the upper age limit;

// 2 // And any other order/orders or direction/directions be issued so as to give complete relief to the applicant."

However, after hearing the parties, this Court is of the view the concerned authorities should first address the grievance of the Petitioner. Hence, without entering into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Director of Horticulture, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

If such representation is submitted within the aforesaid period, Opposite Party No.2 shall take a decision in accordance with law on the same within a period of three months thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
