Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to declare the result and recommend the name of the petitioner to opposite party no.1 for issuance of appointment order in the post of Assistant Professor (Teacher Education) in Educational Studies in PWD Category along with other selected candidates. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.3 vide Annexure12 series and the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of within a stipulated time.

Considering the contentions raised by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-12 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of
15 days from the date of production of certified copy this order.
