Mr. Mishra, learned counsel enters appearance by filing Vakalatnama on behalf of Opposite Parties in Court, which is taken on record.

Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the forceful seizure of his vehicle bearing registration No.OD-05-S-2242 (bus).

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party-Bank submits that the vehicle in question being auctioned has already been sold on 21st October, 2022.
