1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. By way of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents to release the Family Pension of the applicant immediately.

Considering the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 within a period of three weeks days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed

// 2 // by Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner also.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
