Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the CONTC No.6624 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 09.12.2022 but the year of the date and the year of the W.P.(C) has been wrongly mentioned as "16.08.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.27783 of 2022" instead of "16.08.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.27783 of 2021" in the 2nd line of paragraph-2 and 5th line of paragraph-3. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 5.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 2nd line of in paragraph-2 and 5th line of paragraph-3 of the order dated 09.12.2022, it be

// 2 // mentioned as "16.08.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.27783 of 2021" in place of "16.08.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.27783 of 2022", rest part of the order shall remain intact.

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.
