1. Challenging the letter bearing No.6546/H dated 2nd April, 2016 issued by the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Health & Family Welfare Department (Opposite Party No.1), whereby 7725 numbers of different paramedic posts have been abolished to facilitate creation of additional paramedic posts of 5120 nos. on contractual basis under the Government, the present case has been filed by the Petitioner.

2. On 3rd June, 2016, the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, as an interim measure, protected the service of Petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up today, none appeared for the Petitioner.

4. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate submitted that by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
