1. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks grant of bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 379/411/413/34, I.P.C. in connection with Bhadrak Rural P.S. Case No.530 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2786 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the present Petitioner is having ten numbers of criminal cases of similar nature standing to his credit.

4. In view of the number of antecedents standing against the Petitioner and also considering the nature and gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected and the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
