1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. Prayer for modification and extension of time is allowed.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners is allowed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause-title as well as body of the bail application in court today, so far as the G.R. Case No.392 of 2022 instead of 391 of 2022 is concerned.

4. Accordingly, in the 5th line of para-3 of the order dated 04.11.2022, G.R. Case No.391 of 2022 be corrected and replaced as G.R. Case No.392 of 2022.

5. Three weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 04.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.14142 of 2022, other terms and conditions in the said order remaining unchanged.

6. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
