1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner.

3. On earlier occasion also i.e. 29.03.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to take instructions in the matter. However, he has failed to get any instructions from the petitioner.

3. In such view of the matter, the WPC (OAC) is disposed of as nonprosecution.

4. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
