The Original Application No. 437 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No. 437 of 2016.

Mr. R.K. Bisoi, proxy counsel on behalf of Mr. Ramakanta Sahoo, counsel for the Petitioner submitted that by efflux of time the matter relating to transfer has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
